Staffing Specialists

Location: Whitehall, OH

Weekly Salary: $760- $840 depending on experience

Hours: Monday thru Friday 8:30am-5pm (You must be flexible with hours)

What you'll do:

• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidate qualifications
• Review job descriptions/job orders with candidates and match individuals correctly to the client.
• Prescreen potential candidates
• Provide customer service with clients by accurately taking job orders
• Answer phone calls and emails in a professional manner

Onsite Staffing Coordinator

Location: Groveport, OH

Weekly Salary: $760-$840 depending on experience

Hours:

• 1st Shift: Monday thru Friday 7:00am-3:30pm

Responsibilities

• Supervise temporary associates ensuring compliance with GMPs and PPE
• Conduct daily safety observations and production walk-throughs
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with client management
• Participate in trainings and team meetings to enhance team performance
• Process payroll and manage paid sick leave accurately
• Deliver exceptional customer service to associates and client leadership

Required Qualifications

• Background as a warehouse lead or supervisor
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to think quickly, solve problems, and multitask
• Comfortable with walking throughout shifts
• Reliable transportation
