We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) with experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings for a travel assignment in King City, CA. The caseload is approximately 50% inpatient and 50% outpatient, providing a well-rounded clinical experience.

✅ Requirements
Active California PT License
Minimum 3 years of Physical Therapy experience
Recent experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings
BLS/BCLS certification
Ability to work a variable schedule, including weekends
Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills
🩺 Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide physical therapy interventions based on patient needs and goals
Treat patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
Document evaluations, treatments, and patient progress accurately
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility, and ongoing care
Follow facility policies and applicable professional standards
