- Outpatient physical therapy setting
- AM shift schedule, 5x8s, 40 hours per week
- 8-hour shifts with a 30-minute meal period

Requirements
- Active PT license required (license required if applicable)
- Compact license accepted to start assignment, but full state license must be obtained while on assignment
- Experience in the outpatient setting required
- SSN required for consideration
- One professional reference required

- Lunch is auto-deducted if clinician does not clock out
