Job Description

·                     Supervise and oversee a team of 16 direct reports responsible for wiring panels, switch gears, lights, and electrical components

·                     Ensure full compliance with all electrical specifications across production activities

·                     Mentor, coach, train, and develop hourly team members to enhance skills and performance

·                     Drive team productivity to consistently meet production goals and on-time delivery targets

Key Requirements 

·                     Strong electrical knowledge

·                     Demonstrate proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and diagrams
