Warehouse Logistics Coordinator IV (Contractor)

We are looking for an experienced warehouse team member to support inventory movement, product preparation, and shipping operations in New Jersey. This long-term contract position is well suited for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced production and fulfillment setting where accuracy and consistency are essential. The role focuses on assembling items, selecting materials from stock, preparing outbound orders, and maintaining reliable inventory records.

Responsibilities:
• Assemble products and components according to established production and packing instructions.
• Retrieve parts and materials from warehouse stock to fulfill daily work orders and shipment needs.
• Organize cartons, labels, inserts, and other packing supplies to support efficient order processing.
• Prepare finished goods for outbound delivery by packing items securely and accurately.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by recording stock movement and reporting discrepancies as needed.
• Support shipping activities by staging completed orders and confirming materials are ready for dispatch.
• Contribute to smooth warehouse operations by keeping work areas orderly and following handling procedures.• At least 6 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, packing, shipping, or production support roles.
• Practical knowledge of materials handling, logistics coordination, and shipping-related tasks.
• Experience picking inventory, packing products, and performing light product assembly work.
• Ability to track inventory accurately and work carefully with parts, materials, and finished goods.
• Familiarity with packaging components and preparing shipments in a warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow process instructions consistently.
• Capability to work effectively in a production line or warehouse fulfillment setting without forklift operation as a requirement.
