Job Description:
Production Operator Brose/Randstad Location: [New Boston, MI] Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Monday - Friday) Status: Full-Time + Mandatory Overtime Pay: $17.00/hr ($25.50/hr during Overtime) The Mission: Precision at Pace We don't just make automotive parts; we set the standard for them. As a Production Operator, you are the heartbeat of our facility. You'll be at the helm of high-tech assembly stations, ensuring every component is built to perfection and ready for the road. This is a dedicated Full-Time role. We are looking for "all-in" team members who thrive in a high-energy environment, love a role where the day flies by, and are ready to tackle mandatory overtime to help us hit our production wins.
