Machine Operator - Monroe, NC

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and supervise assembly equipment, including Gel, Cap Assembly, and Holder production lines, ensuring seamless and safe operations.

• Consistently meet and surpass production, quality, and performance goals by actively managing machinery and making necessary adjustments.

• Perform basic troubleshooting on equipment to identify and resolve issues promptly, minimizing downtime.

• Conduct in-process quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards and specifications.

• Accurately document production and quality data, maintaining detailed records in compliance with company procedures.

• Support continuous production by replenishing materials and components as needed.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and participating in routine cleaning and preventive maintenance efforts.

• Contribute to ongoing process improvements and safety initiatives.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• 1-2 years of manufacturing and machine operation experience preferred.

• Strong attention to detail with basic math skills.

• Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.

• Basic understanding of computer systems is beneficial.

Available Shifts:

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM (rotating schedule: 2 days on, 2 days off, then 3 days on)

• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (rotating schedule: 2 days on, 2 days off, then 3 days on)

Pay Details: $18.50 per hour
