Job Description

·         Lead and manage a quality team of three, including one CMM programmer and two inspectors, within a non-union machining environment

·         Oversee AS9100 and IS9001 audits, ensuring full compliance with industry standards and regulations

·         Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to drive continuous improvement

·         Direct and oversee first article inspections to ensure product conformance and customer satisfaction

·         Manage CMM processes including setup, programming, and operational oversight

Key Requirements         

·                     Minimum of 5 years of quality leadership experience within a machining environment

·                     Aerospace industry experience highly preferred, with aluminum machining experience a strong plus

·                     Degree preferred but not required

·                     Proficiency with metrology tools including micrometers, calipers, gages, and GD&T principles
