Job Description

·                     Manage and lead two distinct operational areas with full P&L and budgetary accountability

·                     Oversee the Department comprising 4 supervisors and 50 hourly employees across 3 shifts

·                     Drive performance metrics including quality, safety, KPIs, and on-time delivery through effective team leadership

Requirements

·                     BS/BA degree required

·                     Strong manufacturing (MFG) background with hands-on operational leadership experience

·                     Demonstrated ability to leverage KPIs, metrics, and analytical data to drive informed decision-making
