Dietitians

Adelphi is seeking both Part-Time and Full-Time Dietitians to provide nutrition services in an inpatient facility in Fulton, Missouri. The ideal candidate will assess a patients nutritional needs, Develop personalized meal plans, Monitor a patient's progress, Educate patients on healthy eating habits, and Provide medical nutritional counseling and therapy.

  • Registered and licensed in the state of Missouri

  • Master's degree or higher from an ACEND-accredited program

  • RD/RDN credential.

  • Four days of New Employee Orientation

 

  •Screen patients for nutrition risk factors

  •Refer patients to clinical dietitians for nutrition assessment

  •Collaborate with the patient's care team to provide nutrition care

  •Monitor patients for changes in nutritional status

  •Provide nutrition education to patients and families

  •Update patient records

  •Participate in quality improvement initiatives
