Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking reliable and hardworking candidates for Temporary Seasonal Laborer openings based in Forest Lake, MN with work locations varying by crew needs. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, being part of a team, and contributing to seasonal projects. 

• Hourly Pay: $24.00/Hour
• Schedule: Monday–Friday 7AM - 5:00PM
• Pay Frequency: Weekly
• Employment Type: Temporary Seasonal
• Location: Forest Lake, MN + surrounding areas

• Assist with setup and teardown of seasonal equipment and materials
• Load and unload tools and supplies at job sites
• Follow crew leader instructions and safety protocols
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Perform general labor tasks including lifting, carrying, and site prep

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
• No experience required – training provided
