Job Description

·         Supervise up to 15 operations within a fast-paced, highly automated can manufacturing environment

·         Drive safety, quality, and productivity metrics across all assigned production lines

·         Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure on-time delivery targets are met

·         Provide hands-on support by moving between production lines to assist team members as needed

Key Requirements

·         Proven experience thriving in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

·         Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand and troubleshoot highly automated systems

·         Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience managing production teams

·         Background in Food, Chemical, or similarly regulated industries with knowledge of GMP/FDA standards strongly preferred
