Role Overview:

• Onsite, full-time hours throughout the school year

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Colorado Special Education (SPED) Certificate required
• Experience as a Special Education Teacher or SPED Case Manager preferred
• Strong skills in creating and implementing IEPs
• Ability to collaborate effectively with other educators, related service staff, families, and administrators
• Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills
• Compassion, adaptability, and a commitment to student growth and inclusion

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to students’ needs
• Provide direct instruction and modifications within classroom and resource settings
• Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to ensure accommodations are implemented
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and compliance records
• Foster an inclusive, supportive classroom environment that empowers students to thrive
