Established (35+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking Litigation Attorney for Business Litigation in Concord, NH

An established firm based in Concord, NH with over 35 years in practice is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 3-6+ years of experience to join their team onsite with flexibility. This Attorney will have experience in evaluating, negotiating and trying cases in state and federal courts in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Vermont, and Maine.  We represent businesses, individuals, non-profits, and municipalities in a diverse range of matters, including professional liability, medical malpractice, business, insurance, environmental, employment, probate, personal injury, and tax matters.

Qualifications:
Admission to the New Hampshire bar is required
Three to six or more years of litigation experience is required
Experience handling business litigation matters is strongly preferred
Background in corporate litigation is a plus
Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills are essential
Ability to manage a caseload independently from pre-suit through trial and appeal is expected
Familiarity with state and federal court procedures in New Hampshire is preferred

Responsibilities:
Investigate and evaluate cases thoroughly from intake through resolution
Manage all strategy decisions including pre-suit demands, pleadings, discovery, and pre-trial preparation
Represent clients in litigation and advisory matters in state and federal courts across New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Vermont, and Maine
Handle a broad range of business litigation matters, drawing on corporate litigation experience where relevant
Advise clients on dispositive motions, mediation, arbitration, and settlement negotiations when appropriate
Collaborate closely with experienced associates and paralegals to build strong case strategies
Represent businesses, individuals, non-profits, and municipalities across a diverse range of practice areas
