**About the Company**
The company is a global leader in **remotely piloted aircraft, tactical reconnaissance radars, and advanced high-resolution surveillance systems**. We are seeking an **Electronics Test Technician** to join our team on the **2nd shift**.

**Key Responsibilities**
· Set up, perform, and analyze experiments/tests following established product test procedures, recording results accurately.
· Diagnose and repair faults in electronic systems and equipment down to the PWA/component level.
· Read and interpret **electronic schematics, wire diagrams, block diagrams, mechanical drawings, and technical manuals** to perform repairs.
· Operate test equipment such as **digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, and signal generators** for analysis and troubleshooting.
· Troubleshoot and repair **electrical, electronic, and integrated circuits** down to the component level.
· Provide guidance and training to junior technicians on procedures, tools, and inspection techniques.
· Ensure proper use of materials, equipment, and tools to maximize efficiency.
· Escalate complex technical issues to Supervisor as needed.
· Support additional duties and special projects as assigned.

**Required Qualifications**
· Associate’s degree or equivalent, plus **5+ years of electronics testing experience** (military/technical school training a plus).
· Proficiency in **electronics theory** (Ohm’s Law, op-amp circuits, AC/DC converters).
· Hands-on experience with test equipment: **oscilloscopes, voltmeters, function generators, ATE, ICD 2/3/4, CPLD, J-link, network analyzers, spectrum analyzers**.
· Knowledge of computer applications relevant to the field.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for diagnosing/repairing complex issues.
· Ability to **test, troubleshoot, and repair RF systems** down to component level.
· Ability to interpret technical manuals and work with high-pressure, high-voltage, high-energy, cryogenic, or radioactive systems.
· Must be able to **obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance**.
