Project Coordinator

A leading provider of mission-critical infrastructure solutions is seeking a Project Coordinator to support large-scale data center and construction projects. This individual will work closely with Project Managers to coordinate documentation, reporting, scheduling, communications, and project administration throughout the project lifecycle.

• Support Project Managers with project documentation, reporting, and administrative functions
• Coordinate project meetings, agendas, minutes, and action items
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and progress updates
• Maintain project records and document control systems
• Assist with change management, work package tracking, and reporting
• Coordinate communication between project teams, clients, contractors, and leadership
• Support scheduling, resource planning, and information requests
• Ensure project documentation is accurate, complete, and properly archived

• Experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, Construction Coordinator, or similar role
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment and meet deadlines
• Experience supporting construction, engineering, industrial, utility, or data center projects preferred
• Familiarity with document management systems is a plus
