We are looking for a Process Planner LL.US to support operational planning and execution for integrated product teams in Phoenix, Arizona. This Long-term Contract position will partner closely with product leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to turn business priorities into achievable production and operations plans. The role focuses on improving execution, maintaining alignment with manufacturing capability, and ensuring product commitments are delivered with attention to cost, quality, schedule, and customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
• Partner with product managers and operational leaders to coordinate priorities and convert demand signals into practical execution plans.
• Bring together teams across manufacturing, planning, quality, and related functions to keep commitments achievable and aligned with production capability.
• Monitor performance across assigned workstreams, highlight emerging concerns, and maintain clear visibility into delivery and execution status.
• Lead response and recovery efforts when schedules slip or operational challenges arise, driving timely corrective actions.
• Facilitate resolution of cross-functional issues by identifying risks early and coordinating mitigation strategies with key stakeholders.
• Contribute operational insight to forecast discussions, capacity planning, and program review activities to support informed decision-making.
• Support readiness activities and day-to-day manufacturing execution to help ensure smooth product flow through the lifecycle.
• Prepare production planning input for lifecycle milestones and transition points, keeping teams aligned on timing and deliverables.• Experience in operations, production planning, or manufacturing coordination within a structured business environment.
• Strong ability to organize competing priorities and translate business needs into executable operational plans.
• Proven skill in working across multiple functions to align teams around schedule, quality, and delivery goals.
• Knowledge of manufacturing operations, daily execution tracking, and production performance management.
• Ability to identify operational risks, develop recovery approaches, and support effective issue resolution.
• Comfortable communicating with product leadership and providing clear updates on progress, constraints, and priorities.
• Familiarity with capacity planning, forecasting inputs, and production readiness activities.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a collaborative approach to coordination and decision support.
