- Managing, motivating, and developing a dynamic team focused on executing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams—internally and externally—to ensure integrated campaigns and cohesive customer engagement.
- Overseeing the development and execution of CRM campaigns, handling proofing, quality assurance, and campaign logic validation.
- Utilizing advanced SQL and data analysis skills for targeting logic, campaign analytics, and reporting.
- Driving innovation through test-and-learn initiatives inspired by consumer insights and industry trends.
- Continuously analyzing marketing effectiveness and recommending enhancements for ongoing and future campaigns.
- Ensuring proactive communication and maintaining a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Have proven experience with CRM campaign execution, proofing, and quality assurance.
- Are confident with data analysis using SQL and campaign management tools such as Unica, Responsys, and Google BigQuery. Figma experience is also a plus.
- Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities, especially when facing ambiguity.
- Are proactive, detail-oriented, and communicate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
- Possess team leadership experience with a solid understanding of brand marketing strategies.
- Hold a relevant degree or equivalent professional experience, preferably in marketing, communications, or data analytics.
