Job Description

·                     Lead and manage a 2nd shift team of 5 direct reports, including 1 welder, 1 break press operator, and 3 non-union assemblers

·                     Drive key performance metrics across production, quality, and safety to ensure operational excellence

·                     Oversee all hiring, disciplinary actions, and termination decisions for the shift team

·                     Motivate and develop team members to foster a high-performance work environment

·                     Streamline production line processes to maximize efficiency and reduce waste

·                     Uphold and enforce manufacturing standards across all shift operations

·                     Champion continuous improvement (CI) initiatives to enhance overall operational performance

Key Requirements 

·                     Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role

·                     Demonstrated hands-on sheet metal experience in a manufacturing environment

·                     Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics accurately

·                     BS degree preferred
