Companion Care Needed

My dad has had several strokes and is having trouble with incontinence. I need someone to come in daily to make sure he is clean and dry and to assist with showers. I have a caregiving coming 3 days a week but it is not working, I need someone everyday. They will assist with laundry and cleaning his bathroom and the shower he uses. This is usually only a 1 - 2 hours per day, perferably first thing in the morning to make sure he is good for the day but can be flexible.
