Caregiver Needed - Full-time / Part-time

About who needs care: I am in a wheelchair most of the day. I have type 2 diabetes and nerve damage to my feet and lower legs. In chronic pain. Need help with cleaning floors, changing sheets on bed and cooking. Will sometimes need prescriptions picked up. Only 3 miles from my house. About the care needs: I'm looking for someone to come in and do what I need done, that's all. Not looking for a companion or friend. Must know how to cook. I have to eat low carb meals. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
