She is very petite and only weighs 78 lbs
Is blind and non verbal and developmentaly delayed
About the care needs: Kind patient very empathetic woman
No recemt surgeries
Was on hospice. But after doing well since hospital stay 6 months ago. Is back on palliative care for her aspiration risks
