Housekeeper

Its a large home with 5 bedrooms and 5 baths in the main, with our guest house being 1 bedroom 1 bath. All together around 4, 250 square feet combined. I would like it lightly cleaned before I check in and after I check out,( I only stay at the property 3 months out of the year, normally during the summer season) with an over all deep cleaning of both houses being cleaned every 3 months totaling 4 times a year. I would like whoever I hire to use their own cleaning products.
