Responsibilities\n

\n
• Perform comprehensive eye examinations and diagnostic testing
\n
• Diagnose and treat ocular diseases, disorders, and injuries
\n
• Provide ophthalmology consultations
\n
• Perform cataract, glaucoma, corneal, refractive, vitreoretinal, eye muscle, and oculoplastic procedures as appropriate
\n
• Perform ophthalmic laser procedures
\n
• Provide postoperative care and follow-up
\n
• Prescribe medications, therapies, lenses, and other treatments
\n
• Educate patients on eye health and disease prevention
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
\n
• Collaborate with physicians, optometrists, and clinical staff
\n
• Participate in outreach clinics as needed
\n
