\n Number of Beds : 15
\n Patient Ratios : 1:2, :1
\n Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : we have 1 PCT the rest RN Nurses
\n Type of equipment : Client bedside monitors, bladder scanner, Central Tele Monitor, IV pumps, poles, EKG, thermometer, suction
\n Documentation system: Expanse
\n Scheduling requirements: 9 or 12 hour shifts, call 1-2 times a week, 1 call weekend a month. 7a-7p, 7p-7A. 2 call Holidays per year
\n Floating policy: closed unit
\n Patient Experience requirements: prefer 1-2 years ICU or ER experience, 1 year floor experience
\n Hospital Specifics-
\n Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS required
\n Hiring profile
\n Requested Skill Set:
\n Must have: ACLS, BLS, PALS required. Nursing experience preferable ICU or ER
\n Advanced skills needed: preferred ventilator experience, critical drips
\n Procedures performed on unit: ECT, bedside manipulations, Blood patch
\n Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS, PALS,
