\n - ADOL: 18 beds (Ages 12-18)
\n - Serenity: 24 beds (Lower acuity adult unit)
\n - ITU: 32 beds (Higher acuity adult unit - thought disorders)
\n - SRAD: 16 beds (Senior lifestyle patients)
\n - VINE: 9 beds (Lower acuity adult unit)
\n - **Patient Ratios:**
\n - Nurses: 8 to 1
\n - MHTs: 12 to 1
\n - **Unit Staffing Description:**
\n - Work with diverse patient populations and treatment needs.
\n - Collaborate with a compassionate team.
\n - **Key Responsibilities:**
\n - Assess and recognize signs of psychiatric disorders and behavioral issues.
\n - Develop individualized care plans tailored to patient needs.
\n - Administer psychiatric medications and monitor for side effects.
\n - Provide crisis intervention support and apply de-escalation techniques.
\n - Deliver therapeutic communication to establish trust and rapport.
\n - **Essential Skills Needed:**
\n - Strong ability in crisis intervention and medication management.
\n - Proficient in therapeutic communication and active listening.
\n - Experience with psychotropic medications.
\n - **Documentation System:** Meditech
\n - **Dress Code:**
\n - Nurses: Blue uniforms
\n - MHTs: Green or black uniforms
