\nLocation: Santa Rosa, California
\nSchedule: Day shift, 4x10-hour shifts (07:00 - 17:00). Variable shift start times may include 7am, 9am, 11am, or 3pm. Weekend coverage per unit needs. Call required. Float to nearby sister facilities as needed. One night shift may be required during contract. 13-week assignment with 40 hours of orientation.

- Diverse surgical specialties including orthopedics, neurosurgery, vascular, robotics, general surgery, GU, and GYN \n
- Trauma Level I experience required – critical hardstop requirement \n
- Work with advanced technology including da Vinci Xi robotic system, Stealth Navigation Station, microscope, and laparoscopic equipment \n
- Comprehensive orientation program to support your success \n
- Opportunity to work with all patient age groups from pediatrics to geriatrics \n

- Minimum 3 years of surgical tech experience required; 5 years preferred \n
- Previous travel experience required; first-time travelers will not be considered \n
- Trauma Level I experience required (hardstop) \n
- Experience in orthopedics, neurosurgery, vascular surgery, and robotics required \n
- Active BLS certification required \n
- CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) certification preferred \n
- NBSTSA certification preferred \n
- California state license preferred; compact license accepted and must be in hand at submission \n
- Community hospital experience preferred \n
- Proficiency with case cart, crash cart, and scrubbing required \n
- Craniotomy and airway management experience preferred \n
- Must commit to working 3 of 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day) \n
- Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years \n
- Clean background check required \n
