\n Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
\n Bachelor’s degree or Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) required
\n International candidates must have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
\n Must hold or be eligible for an Illinois PT license
\n CPR certification required
\n APTA membership preferred
\n Experience preferred but not required beyond clinical training
