Position Overview:
We are seeking a warm, organized, and energetic Before and After School Nanny to care for school-aged children. You will be responsible for helping the kids start their day smoothly and providing structured, engaging care after the school day ends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Morning Routine: Assist children with getting ready for school, preparing breakfast, and ensuring prompt, safe drop-off at school/bus stops.
• Afternoon Routine: Handle school pickups, provide healthy afternoon snacks, and offer homework help or supervision.
• Transportation: Safely transport children to and from school, sports, tutoring, or extracurricular activities.
• Engagement: Organize fun, age-appropriate activities, outdoor play, or crafts to keep children engaged.
• Light Housekeeping: Maintain general tidiness in child care areas, assist with light meal prep, and clean up after activities.

Schedule & Hours:

• Days: Monday – Friday
• Hours: Split shift (e.g., 6:30 AM – 9:00 AM and 2:30 PM – 6:00 PM; around 20–25 hours/week)
• Flexibility: Full-day availability on school holidays or teacher development days is a plus.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of professional childcare, nannying, or teaching experience.
• Valid Driver’s License, a clean driving record, and reliable personal transportation.
• CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start).
• Strong communication skills and a positive, patient demeanor.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and reference screening.
