Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Resistance/Spot Welder to join a manufacturing team in Charlotte, NC. This is an entry-level opportunity with no prior welding experience required. The selected candidate will receive on-the-job training while performing repetitive spot welding and assisting with the fabrication of customer assemblies. Success in this role requires attention to quality, productivity, safety, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

The selected candidate will receive on-the-job training while performing repetitive spot welding and assisting with the fabrication of customer assemblies. Responsibilities:
- Perform repetitive resistance/spot welding according to drawings, production specifications, and established procedures.
- Inspect welded assemblies to ensure quality and required tolerances are met.
- Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Learn and perform welding, grinding, material handling, and packaging tasks.
- Operate forklifts and overhead cranes as trained and authorized.
Requirements:
- No prior welding experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to work in a repetitive, production-based environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow safety policies, procedures, and training requirements.
- Ability to maintain a clean and orderly work area.
- Forklift and crane experience are a plus but not required.
Schedule:
- 1st Shift | Monday – Friday | 5:00 am – 1:00 pm
Compensation:
- $18.00 per hour
