Memory Care Certified Medication Technician (CMT) – Love Where You Work!

Position Details
  • Position: Memory Care Certified Medication Technician (CMT)

  • Status: Full-Time

  • Shift Options:

    • Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

    • Evening Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Job Requirements
  • Current Missouri Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification

  • Previous memory care or dementia care experience preferred

  • Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing high-quality resident care

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional, personalized care while supporting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)

  • Provide compassionate care to residents living with dementia and other memory-related conditions

  • Encourage residents to socialize and participate in activities that promote emotional well-being

  • Create and maintain a safe, secure, and supportive environment

  • Administer or assist with self-administration of prescribed medications under the supervision of an RN or LPN

  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation

  • Make frequent rounds to monitor residents' needs

  • Support and supervise CNA staff to help ensure quality resident care

  • Assist CNA staff with direct resident care when needed

  • Communicate effectively with nursing staff regarding changes in residents' condition, behavior, or needs
