Physical Therapist – Seymour Johnson AFB, NC

Location: Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, North Carolina
Schedule: Regular / Full-Time
Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship Required

Forte Human Capital is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive rehabilitation services at Seymour Johnson AFB. This is an excellent opportunity to support active-duty service members and beneficiaries in a mission-focused military treatment environment.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an APTA/CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
• 2 years of experience within the last 3 years as a Physical Therapist
• Current, full, and unrestricted Physical Therapist license
• Current BLS
• U.S. Citizen

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercise, mobility training, manual therapy, and functional rehabilitation
• Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and positive health behaviors
• Document treatment, progress, and outcomes
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to coordinate patient care
