We’re hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a 13-week travel contract in Clearlake, California. This is an excellent opportunity for an OT looking for a consistent weekday schedule, no call, and a mix of outpatient and acute inpatient experience.

Job Details

• Position: Occupational Therapist (OT)

• Location: Clearlake, CA

• Contract: 13 weeks

• Start Date: ASAP / September start

• Schedule: Monday–Friday

• Shift: 5x8-hour day shifts

• Typical Hours: Approximately 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

• Call: None

• Setting: Primarily outpatient with some acute inpatient coverage

What You'll Do

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans

• Provide therapeutic interventions focused on improving functional independence and quality of life

• Treat patients across outpatient and acute-care settings as needed

• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans appropriately

• Educate patients and families regarding treatment goals and home programs

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other members of the interdisciplinary team

• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation

What We're Looking For

• Active California Occupational Therapist license

• Occupational Therapy degree from an accredited program

• Strong communication and patient-care skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team

Experienced OTs are welcome, but newer providers may also be considered based on interview and clinical background.
