About the Position

Star Sleep & Wellness is growing, and we're seeking a new team member for our Outreach Team! This full-time position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule upon satisfactory completion of the probationary period.

We’re looking for candidates who possess strong customer service skills, great phone etiquette, and a passion for helping others. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. No prior medical office experience is necessary—we’ll provide the training!

Key Responsibilities

• Contact patients on the waitlist to offer earlier appointment opportunities and assist with rescheduling.
• Review provider schedules and adjust appointment templates to maintain adequate coverage and scheduling efficiency.
• Communicate with referring providers to obtain required documentation prior to initial patient visits.
• Assist with provider assignments and appointment coordination to support clinic operations.
• Contact patients regarding schedule changes and coordinate appointment adjustments related to provider or clinician time off.
• Learn and utilize AdvancedMD scheduling software to manage appointments and maintain accurate scheduling records.
