Alliance Homecare is looking for dependable and compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our private-duty care team.
We are currently hiring an experienced HHA for a private client in Port Washington, NY. The ideal caregiver must be comfortable providing hands-on care and have experience using a Hoyer Lift.
Schedule:
Sunday-Monday 9A-5P
Wednesday: 8A-8P & 8P–8A
Saturday 8A-8P
MUST HAVE HOYER LIFT EXPERIENCE!
What we offer:
$28-$30/hour starting pay + Weekly pay
Flexible Shifts – 4 to 12 hour day and night shifts
Paid orientation
Health insurance, 401(k), Sick Pay & Holiday pay
What you'll do:
Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming & toileting
Assist with transfers, ambulation & mobility
Prepare meals and assist with feeding
Light housekeeping and laundry
Take and record vital signs as directed
Report changes in condition to the RN
Provide care according to the client's plan of care
What we're looking for:
Active New York State HHA Certificate
6+ months of HHA experience
Fluent in English
