As a key member of our leadership team, the Director of Rehab PTA will oversee the Physical Therapy department, driving excellence in patient care and outcomes. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the rehabilitation journey for our patients and residents, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care and personalized attention.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and vision for the Physical Therapy department, aligning with the organization's mission and goals

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, including staffing, scheduling, and budgeting

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

• Foster a collaborative environment among interdisciplinary teams, promoting open communication and patient-centered care

• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs to continuously improve patient outcomes and department performance

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation

• Mentor and supervise Physical Therapy staff, providing guidance and support to enhance clinical skills and expertise
