Shippenville Nursing & Rehab is looking for a Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our in-house rehabilitation team! Whether you're an experienced OT or a new graduate ready to begin your career, we'd love to hear from you.
This is a great opportunity to work in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting where you can build relationships with your patients, see their progress firsthand, and truly make a difference in their independence and quality of life.
Responsibilities:Evaluate and treat residents with a variety of functional needs
Develop individualized treatment plans focused on independence and quality of life
Collaborate with PT, SLP, nursing, and the interdisciplinary care team
Provide education and support to residents, families, and caregivers
Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
Licensed or license-eligible Occupational Therapist in Pennsylvania
New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply!
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A positive, patient-focused approach
SNF/LTC experience is a plus, but not required
