About the Role:
ComForCare Home Care in Chantilly, VA is looking for a caring and dependable Babysitter to join our team! This is a wonderful opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families in the Fairfax & Loudoun County area. Responsibilities:

• Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times
• Engage children in age-appropriate activities, games, and educational play
• Prepare light meals and snacks while adhering to dietary needs or restrictions
• Assist with homework, reading, and other learning activities as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for children
• Follow established routines including nap times, bedtime, and daily schedules
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding the child's day and any concerns

Requirements:

• Prior childcare, babysitting, or nannying experience preferred
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy with strong references
• Warm, patient, and nurturing demeanor with a genuine love for working with children
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong communication skills with parents, guardians, and care teams
• Must be located in or able to commute to the Chantilly, VA / Fairfax & Loudoun County area
