As the Service Ambassador Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high service standards. It will be your responsibility to oversee and lead a team of cast members providing an immediate, courteous and friendly interaction(s) to every guest entering the outlet(s), using the SPOTLIGHT model as a foundation as part of our Excellence in Service philosophy.
