Nurse Practitioner

Summary/Objective

The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for client care, maintaining complete and accurate medical records, and scheduling appointments as needed. The Nurse Practitioner will work with Substance abuse clients, as well as mental health clients as necessary.

1. Completes initial assessment and intake of the client as required by the governing field
2. Update client records with each visit
3. Deliver quality care to all clients
4. Collaboration with other professionals to offer the best care
5. Referring out for resources outside of professional scope
6. Performs other related duties as assigned.
