Welder

Ridg-U-Rak, Inc. is currently seeking Welders for 2nd shift to join our team in North East, Pennsylvania. This position pays a competitive starting base pay plus incentive (piecework). Average piecework incentive can be at minimum 30% or more per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Must have a basic knowledge of MIG Welding
• Must be familiar with and have an understanding of blueprints and weld symbols
• Be familiar with measuring instruments
• Must be able to maintain quality production standards
• Be responsible for assuring all safety equipment is in place and being properly used
• Must be dependable and punctual
• Must maintain a clean and orderly work area
• Some heavy lifting as required
• Other duties as required
