Responsibilities and Duties: $3,000 Sign On Bonus
- Develops and revises plan of care in consultation with physician and other careteam members.
- Provides therapeutic treatments and evaluation of equipment needs as applicable.
- Participates in clinical conferences and inservice programs.
- Conducts onsite supervisory visits of physical therapy assistants.
- Advises and consults with the family and other agency personnel as applicable.
- Prepares clinical and progress notes.
- Protects and honors patient and coworker confidentiality and right to privacy.
- Evaluates outcomes of care.
- Plans for discharge. Qualifications and Skills:
- Current Texas PT License.
- Current Certification in BSL/CPR
- Valid Texas Driver's License and Automobile Insurance
- Knowledge of WellSky EMR software is a plus
