House Monitor

Reports to: Resource Manager & Program Manager

Expected Start Date: 11/20/2025

Hourly Rate: $16/hour, paid bi-weekly via direct deposit

Schedule: Days, nights and weekends, with hours assigned based on program needs and coverage

You will support the safety, daily operations, and administrative flow of The Flower House, including:

• Conduct routine rounds to ensure all doors are secured, perimeters are safe, and residents are accounted for.
• Support curfew and quiethour guidelines to maintain order and a calm environment.
• Monitor entry points, cameras, or visitor activity as assigned.
• Respond to resident concerns, incidents, or emergencies with professionalism and care.
Cleanliness & Order
• Complete periodic checks of common areas, bathrooms, hallways, and the kitchen. Ensure shared spaces remain clean, orderly, and prepared for the next shift.
Clerical & Administrative Duties
• Assist with copying, filing, organizing documents, and maintaining uptodate records.
• Answer or return calls as needed; assist residents with basic paperwork or logging information.
• Support data entry tasks, including shift logs, attendance, visitor logs, and incident reports.
Shift Documentation & Communication
• Maintain clear and detailed notes on shift activities, resident updates, and any concerns.
• Ensure a smooth handoff by communicating critical information to the following shift or management team.
Standards & Collaboration
• Maintain a professional and consistent presence during all assigned shifts.
• Complete all logs, documentation, and assigned clerical tasks before the end of each shift.
• Attend staff meetings, role alignment sessions, or checkins as scheduled.
• Report safety issues, resident concerns, or supply needs to management promptly.
