Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, meals)

Provide companionship and support to promote dignity and independence

Monitor residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff

Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection-control guidelines

Document care provided and communicate effectively with the care team

Support residents with kindness, patience, and respect
