J O B   S U M M A R Y

As a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant, you'll carry out treatment plans developed by our speech-language pathologists, working directly with clients to help them reach their communication goals. You'll document each session, track progress, and communicate with the supervising SLP so goals and milestones can be adjusted for the best possible outcomes.


R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S

  • Deliver therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Implement individualized treatment plans and report client progress to the supervising SLP
  • Maintain thorough, timely documentation of client care and outcomes
  • Work closely with clients and families to ensure they have the knowledge and tools they need for success
  • Prepare treatment materials and maintain a safe, organized therapy space
