Compensation & Benefits: Weekly pay and full benefits starting day one.

A day in this role

You arrive on Friday morning, gear up, and review the day’s build orders. You walk your work area to confirm it’s clean, organized, and safe. You follow established safety protocols, then move into assembly: installing devices, bending conduit, pulling cable, and routing wire with precision. Throughout the shift you check your work against standard instructions and the NEC Manual, flagging any risks to quality and collaborating with teammates to keep production consistent.

What you’ll do
  • Follow all safety policies and practices to prevent incidents.
  • Comply with manufacturing SOPs to maintain steady, repeatable production.
  • Protect product quality by using standard work/process instructions and reporting potential quality risks.
  • Keep your station clean, orderly, and ready for the next task.
  • Install electrical devices: disconnects, lights, panel boards, transformers, battery chargers, lighting contactors, VFDs, and more.
  • Bend, route, and install conduit (EMT and Rigid); install wireway and cable tray.
  • Pull wire and large cable; cut, strip, crimp, and terminate conductors.
  • Install wiring per standard work/process instructions and the NEC Manual.
  • Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
Physical realities of the work
  • Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
  • Stand for the majority of the shift.
  • Frequently climb and work from ladders.
  • Work overhead on a continual basis.
  • Operate comfortably in confined or cramped spaces.
Minimum qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of relevant manufacturing experience; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant manufacturing experience.
  • Basic command of the English language, written and verbal.
Core skills you bring
  • Comfort with basic math.
  • Familiarity with air, hand, and power tools.
  • Fundamental mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
Preferred extras
  • Able to bend conduit on a GB Sidewinder style bender (EMT and Rigid).
  • Experience installing cable tray and wireway.
  • Skilled in crimping and terminating wires.
  • Ability to read drawings or blueprints.
  • Working knowledge of electricity, circuits, and common components (panel boards, transformers, disconnects, terminal blocks, relays, lighting contactors, etc.).
  • Basic exposure to and awareness of the NEC.
Proficiencies
  • Equipment Installation & Wiring
  • Blueprint Reading
