About Our Family:
We are a busy two-physician household with varying work schedules, and we are looking for a dedicated, proactive nanny to become an integral part of our day-to-day family life! We cherish quality, engaged time with our 1-year-old daughter and are looking for someone who shares that same passion.
We love keeping her active, social, and outdoors! While we appreciate a healthy amount of daily structure (like consistent nap and meal times), we love a balanced approach that leaves plenty of room for free play, exploration, and fun activities.

Paws in the House: 
We have an 11-year-old chocolate lab who is very calm, sleeps all day, and doesn't jump or lick. However, he does shed, so please keep potential allergies in mind.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Childcare & Enrichment: Plan age-appropriate, engaging activities, prioritize outdoor playtime, encourage socialization, and manage bathing and hygiene routines.
• Daily Routine: Prepare simple meals/snacks for our daughter, handle her children's laundry, and tidy up after her.
• Household Support: Assist with occasional family errands and light housework, especially during weeks with lighter childcare hours. Take initiative to anticipate and help with basic home needs related to childcare.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum of an Associate's Degree.
• High energy level and a proactive, self-starting attitude.
• Clean driving record and reliable vehicle. (We will provide a car seat)
• Current Flu vaccination required.
