Experienced Caregiver or CNA

Job description
Caregiver –needs M TO SUNDAY 4 HOURS PER DAY 

We are looking for compassionate and dependable caregivers to provide non-medical care and support to elderly clients in their homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene
• Assist with walking, mobility, and transfers
• Prepare simple meals
• Provide medication reminders
• Perform light housekeeping and client laundry
• Provide companionship and supervision
• Assist with errands and appointments as needed
• Follow the client's care plan and report any changes or concerns
• Maintain accurate timekeeping and basic shift documentation

Requirements

• Compassionate, patient, and reliable
• Comfortable providing hands-on personal care
• Able to assist elderly clients with daily activities
• Must meet Indiana Home Care Aide requirements
• Background clearance and TB screening required
• Reliable transportation
• Caregiving experience preferred

CLASSIFICATION
The position is a full-time non-exempt. Employee of TruCaring  is employed at-will and reports directly to case manager. As an employee of TruCaring, the caregiver is subject to the policies and procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook.
