You’ll lead VCC and VB route teams, coach performance, and keep operating procedures consistent so every stop is done right.Key responsibilities include managing route efficiency; hiring and training route, relief, and bulk drivers; conducting P.R.I.D.E. vehicle inspections; ensuring planograms and brand order are followed; coordinating vehicle cleanliness and maintenance needs; monitoring key productivity/efficiency indicators; and enforcing OSHA/Federal and company safety policies.Required skills/qualifications:- Strong communication, organization, and basic math for inventory counts- Valid Class C license and health card; satisfactory MVR per Vehicle Safety Policy- Solid knowledge of traffic laws and defensive driving- Preferred: maintain a Class A licenseReady to lead the pace in St. Cloud? Between check-ins, you review PRIDE inspection submissions, track the numbers that tell the real story, and pivot plans when the day throws a curveball.
