Shift: Full-Time Days
Location: Lincoln Crawford Care Center, Cincinnati, OH
Department: Nursing
Reports To: Director of Nursing

STNA/CNA ResponsibilitiesAs a State-Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA), you will:
Provide direct resident care including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene assistance
Assist residents with mobility, transfers, repositioning, and ambulation
Monitor residents and report changes in condition to licensed nurses
Assist with meals, feeding, hydration, and nutritional support
Maintain resident comfort, dignity, privacy, and safety
Document care according to facility standards and regulations
Transport residents throughout the facility as needed
Support activities of daily living (ADLs)
Work collaboratively with Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Promote resident rights and person-centered care
MUST BE A CURRENT OHIO STATE-TESTED NURSING ASSISTANT (STNA).
Applicants must have:
Current Ohio State-Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) Certification in good standing
Active CNA/STNA license or registry status
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Compassion for elderly and rehabilitation residents
Dependability and professionalism
Current CPR and First Aid certification preferred
Long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, hospital, or assisted living experience preferred
Only applicants with a current State-Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification will be considered. State-tested certification is required for employment.
